Full-price items: Return for a refund until 5 January 2027, or within 14 days of receipt, whichever is later.

Sale items: Return within 7 days of receipt.
In-Store Purchases

Full-price items: Return for a refund or exchange until 5 January 2027, or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is later.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment card. If unavailable, an exchange or gift card can be offered.
